From its very beginning, CPSP has been intentional in its commitment to fostering equity and inclusion and diversity.  We encourage applications from and welcome into our training programs persons of all faiths and belief systems, social classes, races, ethnicities, ages, gender and sexual identities, and relationship statuses.

We are proud of our history of equity, inclusion and diversity. We are keenly aware that much of our vitality as a community is the result of the contributions made as a result of minority members being credentialed as diplomate supervisors, heading up training programs, and taking up significant roles in our leadership, including as committee chairs, presidents, and members of the Governing Council
